Individual Leaf Subscription Terms

An Individual Leaf Subscription grants one named subscriber a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use Autumn Gold’s CTA and fund profiles, rankings, performance data, statistical reports, portfolio modeling tools, and related materials solely for the subscriber’s personal, noncommercial research.

Individual Leaf subscribers may not:

• Share login credentials or permit another person to access the subscription;
• Distribute, reproduce, republish, transmit, publicly post, sell, sublicense, or otherwise provide Autumn Gold reports, data, analyses, or other subscription materials to another person or organization;
• Use the subscription, reports, data, or analytical tools in connection with professional services, client services, investment solicitation, marketing, commercial research, or other business activities; or
• Incorporate Autumn Gold information into another website, database, publication, presentation, report, software application, or commercial product.

Professional, institutional, client-facing, white-label, API, data-feed, or other commercial use requires a separate written license from Autumn Gold.

Autumn Gold may suspend or terminate subscription access if it reasonably believes that an account has been shared or used in violation of these terms.

Subscription Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

Individual Leaf subscriptions are billed annually at the price displayed during checkout and automatically renew for successive annual terms unless canceled before the next renewal date. Subscription fees are processed through Autumn Gold’s third-party payment provider.

Subscribers will receive advance notice before an automatic renewal charge is processed, using the email address associated with the subscription account. Subscribers are responsible for maintaining accurate email, billing, and account information.

A subscriber may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals, and Autumn Gold will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current annual subscription term, calculated from the effective date of cancellation. Any refund will be issued through the original payment method, except where another arrangement is expressly agreed upon by Autumn Gold.

Jurisdiction

The information provided on the website is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or that would subject AutumnGold or our affiliates, to any regulation under, or registration requirement within, such jurisdiction or country. Products or services described herein may not be available in all jurisdictions.

Except where Autumn Gold expressly identifies a separate service, the information and opinions available on this website are provided for informational and research purposes and do not constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation by Autumn Gold to buy or sell securities, futures, options, interests in a fund, managed accounts, or other financial instruments, and do not constitute investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

At a user's request, Autumn Gold may facilitate an introduction or transmit an inquiry to a CTA, investment manager, fund, broker, futures commission merchant, administrator, or other industry service provider selected by the user. Autumn Gold does not claim ownership of facts merely because they appear in the database.

However, the selection, collection, organization, normalization, presentation, compilation, historical database, proprietary calculations, statistical measures, rankings, classifications, research, reports, interfaces, software, and other original Autumn Gold materials are proprietary to Autumn Gold or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property, contract, database, and other rights.

No access to the website or subscription grants a license to reproduce Autumn Gold's database, reconstruct a substantial portion of it, create a substitute or competing database, or use Autumn Gold's proprietary analytics, rankings, classifications, or reports in a commercial product or service except under a separate written agreement.

Commercial, Professional & Institutional Use

Use of Autumn Gold information in connection with a business, professional practice, institutional investment process, client relationship, solicitation, due-diligence service, consulting service, research publication, marketing presentation, manager-selection platform, portfolio platform, white-label service, API, data feed, or other commercial activity may require a separate commercial or institutional license.

A commercial or institutional license may permit specified internal use, client-facing use, redistribution, data-feed access, API access, white-label use, or other rights. Rights not expressly granted in the applicable written agreement are reserved by Autumn Gold. Attribution to Autumn Gold does not, by itself, create permission to reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use Autumn Gold data or materials.

Automated Access, Scraping & Artificial Intelligence

Except as expressly permitted by Autumn Gold's technical controls or a written license, users may not use robots, spiders, crawlers, scraping tools, browser automation, scripts, agents, bulk-download tools, or similar automated means to access, collect, extract, monitor, reproduce, or copy Autumn Gold content or data.

Users may not circumvent rate limits, access controls, authentication, paywalls, technical restrictions, or other measures intended to protect the website or its data. Users may not use Autumn Gold content or data to train, fine-tune, develop, benchmark, populate, or materially enhance an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model, training corpus, commercial retrieval dataset, or competing analytical database without Autumn Gold's prior written authorization.

This restriction is not intended to prohibit ordinary public search indexing, caching, snippet generation, or discovery functions where the service accesses public pages in accordance with Autumn Gold's then-current technical permissions. Any broader commercial ingestion, model training, persistent dataset creation, or redistribution requires a separate written license.

Public Website Use

Visitors who do not have a paid subscription are granted a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to view publicly available pages of this website for personal or internal informational use. This permission does not transfer ownership of any Autumn Gold content, database, compilation, report, calculation, ranking, methodology, software, or other proprietary material.

Unless specifically authorized in writing by Autumn Gold, visitors may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, systematically collect, scrape, bulk-download, extract, or incorporate Autumn Gold material into another product, service, website, database, report, publication, software application, or commercial research product.

Ordinary indexing, caching, and display of limited snippets by generally available search engines and discovery services may occur to the extent permitted by Autumn Gold's technical controls, including crawler permissions and robots directives. Such technical permission is limited to search and discovery and does not grant a right to create a competing database, redistribute Autumn Gold data, use protected content for commercial data products, or use Autumn Gold content for model training except pursuant to a separate written license.

Professional, institutional, client-facing, white-label, API, data-feed, automated, commercial, or data-aggregation use requires a separate written authorization or applicable commercial license from Autumn Gold.

Prohibited Acts

You agree NOT to use these websites for, or in connection with, any of the following activities:

Autumn Gold may suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated, access credentials have been shared, data has been systematically extracted, or use of the service creates security, legal, regulatory, operational, or commercial risk.

No Warranty; Limitation of Responsibility

The website, data, reports, analytics, and services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Autumn Gold disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Autumn Gold is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, revised, or unavailable data, or from decisions made using information obtained through the website.

Nothing in these Terms limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
