Fund profile and statistical report access is intended for Accredited Investors and/or Qualified Eligible Participants. Please complete the form below to register for Autumn Gold Fund access.

If you already have Autumn Gold ranking or subscription access, enter your existing username and the email address associated with that account. If you do not have an account, choose a new username and password.
Access Notes
Once submitted, your account will be marked for Fund access and Autumn Gold will receive an email notification to review the signup.
- Existing users should use their current Autumn Gold username.
- New users should create a username and password for Funds login.
- Fund materials may be limited to Accredited Investors and/or QEPs.

Investor Qualification Information
The following definitions summarize the Accredited Investor and Qualified Eligible Participant information referenced by Autumn Gold. You can also view the full page here: Investor Requirements.
Accredited Investors
- A natural person whose individual net worth, or joint net worth with that person's spouse, at the time of purchase exceeds $1,000,000; or
- A natural person who had individual income in excess of $200,000 in each of the last two calendar years, or joint income with that person's spouse in excess of $300,000 in each of those years, and has a reasonable expectation of reaching the same income level in this calendar year; or
- An entity with total assets in excess of $5,000,000 which was not formed for the purpose of investing in any of the Funds, including a corporation, partnership, limited liability company, business trust, or certain tax-exempt organizations; or
- A personal trust or employee benefit plan meeting the applicable asset, fiduciary, or participant qualification requirements; or
- A bank, savings and loan association, insurance company, broker/dealer, investment company, business development company, or entity in which all equity owners are qualified under one or more accredited investor criteria.
Qualified Eligible Participant (QEP)
- A natural person who owns at least $5 million in Investments, including certain IRA, joint, or community-property investments; or
- A family company or related entity that owns at least $5 million in Investments; or
- An entity whose interests are beneficially owned by qualified purchasers; or
- A trust not formed specifically to invest in the Funds, where the persons with decision-making power and each contributor are qualified purchasers; or
- Any other person or entity acting for its own account, or the accounts of qualified purchasers, that owns and invests on a discretionary basis at least $25 million in Investments, subject to applicable exclusions.
