1. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes the personal information Autumn Gold may collect when you visit AutumnGold.com, create or use an account, submit information to us, maintain a manager or firm profile, subscribe to a service, request information about a manager, program, broker, or other service provider, or otherwise interact with Autumn Gold.
"Personal information" or "personal data" generally means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked to an individual, subject to the definitions and exclusions of applicable law.
2. Information We Collect
Account, Subscriber, and Institutional User Information
When you create or maintain an account, we may collect information such as your name, business or organization, job title, email address, telephone number, country, investor or professional status, username, password or authentication information, subscription details, and information you voluntarily provide in connection with your account.
Manager, CTA, Fund, Broker, and Industry Participant Information
Managers, CTAs, funds, brokers, FCMs, service providers, and other industry participants may provide business contact information, firm and program information, regulatory identifiers, profile information, documents, performance information, and the names and business contact details of employees or representatives. A person submitting information about another individual is responsible for having appropriate authority to provide that information.
Investor Inquiries and Requests for Information
If you ask Autumn Gold to provide additional information, arrange contact, or forward an inquiry concerning a manager, program, broker, FCM, fund, or other service provider, we may collect the information you submit with that request. This may include your name, organization, email address, telephone number, investor eligibility or investor type, areas of interest, requested allocation information, and other details you choose to provide.
Website, Device, and Usage Information
We may collect IP address, browser and device information, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, dates and times of access, sign-in activity, and other information about use of the website. We may use cookies, logs, and similar technologies for authentication, security, analytics, site functionality, and user-experience purposes.
Payment Information
Subscription and payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers. Payment-card information entered directly into a payment provider's system is governed by that provider's privacy and security practices. 3. How We Use Personal Information
Depending on the circumstances, Autumn Gold may use personal information to:
- provide, administer, secure, and improve Autumn Gold websites, databases, analytics, reports, subscriptions, and services;
- create and maintain user, manager, firm, and program profiles;
- authenticate users and protect against unauthorized access, fraud, misuse, or security incidents;
- respond to inquiries, customer-service requests, technical questions, and requests for information;
- process subscriptions, payments, account administration, and related records;
- provide communications about services, account changes, research, product updates, and, where permitted, promotional information;
- measure website and email usage, including whether communications are opened or links are selected, where permitted by applicable law;
- develop aggregate, statistical, or de-identified information about use of Autumn Gold services; and
- comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, contractual obligations, and regulatory or governmental requests.
Where applicable law requires a lawful basis for processing, the basis may include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, consent, or Autumn Gold's legitimate interests in operating, securing, improving, and communicating about its services, depending on the particular activity and jurisdiction.
4. Investor Inquiries, Introductions, and Referrals
Autumn Gold may offer features that allow a user to request additional information or contact from a particular manager, CTA, fund, broker, FCM, or other service provider. When a user affirmatively requests such contact or information, Autumn Gold may provide the information submitted with that request to the selected recipient or to a service provider assisting Autumn Gold in transmitting the inquiry.
Autumn Gold may receive compensation, referral fees, subscription revenue, lead-generation fees, or other economic benefit in connection with certain introductions, inquiries, or commercial relationships. Where appropriate or required, the request form or other notice presented at the time of collection will identify the recipient or category of recipient and describe the intended disclosure.
Autumn Gold does not sell or rent personal contact information to unrelated third parties for general, unrelated marketing without appropriate notice, direction, or authorization. Some privacy laws use the terms "sale" or "sharing" more broadly than their ordinary meaning. Where an Autumn Gold activity is treated as a sale or sharing under an applicable privacy law, Autumn Gold will provide the notices and choices required by that law.

- At your direction. For example, when you ask Autumn Gold to forward an inquiry to a specific manager, broker, FCM, fund, or service provider.

- Affiliates. To affiliated entities where necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and subject to applicable law.
- Legal and regulatory purposes. When reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, governmental or regulatory request, or to protect legal rights, users, systems, or the public.
- Business transactions. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
- Security and fraud prevention. Where reasonably necessary to investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or other unlawful or harmful activity.

Autumn Gold may send service communications necessary to administer an account or subscription. We may also send research, product, service, or promotional communications where permitted by law. Marketing emails will provide a method to unsubscribe or change applicable communication preferences.
We may use email-performance information, such as message opens or link selections, to understand whether communications are useful and to improve future communications, where permitted by applicable law. Requests to stop direct marketing will be honored, although Autumn Gold may retain limited suppression-list information to ensure that the request continues to be respected.

Cookies and similar technologies may be used to keep users signed in, remember preferences, maintain security, understand site usage, and improve website performance. Browser settings may allow users to block or delete cookies; however, disabling certain cookies may prevent some website features from operating correctly.

Page-view and interaction information may also be used in aggregate or user-level form to improve Autumn Gold services and understand usage patterns.

Autumn Gold retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide and administer services, maintain business and regulatory records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the security and integrity of our systems, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the relationship with the user. Certain account, transaction, consent, inquiry, security, and compliance records may be retained after an account is closed where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, audit, or recordkeeping purposes.

Autumn Gold uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Access to personal information is limited to persons and service providers that reasonably require access for business, technical, compliance, or support purposes.
No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should notify Autumn Gold promptly if they believe an account or password has been compromised.

Autumn Gold is based in the United States, and information submitted through AutumnGold.com may be processed or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where Autumn Gold or its service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws of the user's home jurisdiction.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer of personal data, Autumn Gold will use an appropriate legal transfer mechanism where required. Autumn Gold's services are intended for adults and business or professional users and are not directed to children under 18. Autumn Gold does not knowingly collect personal information from children through its subscription, manager-listing, institutional, or investor-inquiry services.
