Autumn Gold has always served a relatively focused segment of the financial industry. Our users include family offices, institutional allocators, Introducing Brokers (IBs), Futures Commission Merchants (FCMs), Commodity Trading Advisors (CTAs), and other professionals involved in Managed Futures and alternative investments.
We are not designed as a mass-market investment website. Autumn Gold is built around the research, manager information, and reporting needs of the professionals and investors who work directly with CTAs and Managed Futures programs.
Built Through Industry Relationships
Much of Autumn Gold's growth over the years has come through professional relationships and word of mouth. Brokers, FCM personnel, accountants, compliance professionals, and other industry participants regularly refer managers and investors to Autumn Gold as a resource for CTA information, performance research, and manager discovery.
CTAs also use Autumn Gold to add and maintain program information for the professional community that follows the database. Those relationships have helped create a network in which managers, intermediaries, allocators, and investors can access a common source of independent manager information and research tools.
Our role is straightforward: provide independent research infrastructure that helps professional users organize, compare, and better understand CTA and Managed Futures information. Autumn Gold does not operate a Managed Futures fund and does not manage customer trading accounts.
